University of Notre Dame and Campus Management Announce Expansion of CRM Platform 

Boca Raton, FL, December 17, 2009 – Campus Management Corp. announced today that it has entered into an agreement with the University of Notre Dame to expand its Talisma® Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software system to serve the institution’s undergraduate office of admissions and the office of the provost.

The university’s Mendoza College of Business has been using Talisma CRM since 2006 to improve strategic communications and enable more personal attention to prospects, students, and alumni.

“We have eight different departments in the college using Talisma CRM, including graduate admissions,” said Brendan Halloran, Information Technology Analyst for the Mendoza College of Business. “The Talisma solution has consolidated 50 contact databases into a single, shared database, allowing us to increase the volume of our external communications by 500 percent without sacrificing personalization or increasing staff size.”

Talisma CRM is an enterprise-class software system, flexible enough for just one department or college, as with Notre Dame’s Mendoza School of Business, or to serve an entire university system.   Talisma can unify records and communications while providing the functionality necessary to the best practices in strategic enrollment management, student services, academic advising, advancement, and alumni relations.

Recognizing the software’s role in helping the college achieve these goals over the past three years, Notre Dame has the opportunity to broaden its use of the advanced communications platform system-wide, such as it’s currently doing with its undergraduate office of admissions and the office of the provost. “Expanding the platform to consolidate communications for multiple constituent groups was the logical step,” said Julia Bruckert, CRM project manager with the University of Notre Dame’s Office of Information Technologies.
