Indiana University Taps Campus Management to Build Lifetime Communications Solution

IU Will Go University-Wide with Campus Management's CRM Solution
Indiana University has turned to Campus Management to unite all eight campuses on a single platform for constituent relationship management (CRM). The platform will provide a “life-long” approach to student relationships. Indiana University will implement Campus Management's Talisma CRM university-wide, a solution that will eventually scale to serve more than 100,000 students.

"We want our students to develop a life-long relationship with Indiana University and remain actively engaged in our programs and activities long after they graduate," said IU President Michael McRobbie. "These tools will bring new efficiencies, effectiveness and enhancements to the communications that shape those evolving relationships."
