Campus Management Announces Best of Breed Solution in Higher Education with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Campus Management will deliver Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Higher Education designed to drive enrollment growth and aid student retention

(Boca Raton, FL - October 15, 2007) –Campus Management Corp. today announced the selection of Microsoft Dynamics CRM as the technology framework for its next generation solution for CRM in Higher Education. Campus Management has been a pioneer of CRM in Higher Education, providing the most robust and proven capabilities across the student lifecycle—designed specifically for institutions delivering a blend of traditional, non-traditional, on-site, and distance education programs. Institutions running Campus Management’s solutions grow their enrollments three times faster than the industry average, and consistently achieve higher rates of retention and program completion.
“Campus Management understands the challenges in higher education,” said Rich Seidner, Microsoft’s executive director of education. “Enrollment growth and profitable operations now matter to every institution. Campus Management is creating a unique solution, using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to deliver process automation, real-time performance statistics, and student lifecycle management for all types of institutions—on-ground, online, hybrid, and multi-campus.”
Campus Management initially developed its solutions to support the needs of the for-profit education sector and recognized the need to support CRM processes far earlier than many of its competitors targeting the non-profit sector.1
“CRM is in Campus Management’s DNA. Our next generation CRM in Higher Education extends the business benefits of CRM to manage and measure all stages of the student lifecycle from source through student outcome,” said Jason Roberts, Campus Management’s chief technology officer. “We are able to bring our solution to market faster and with greater integration and customization options for our customers by building on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.”
