Boca Raton, Florida – February 11, 2008 – Campus Management Corp. announced today that Timothy B. Loomer, has been named Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Loomer, former president and CEO of Scantron Corporation, succeeds Campus Management’s founder and previous CEO, David Meek.

“Timothy B. Loomer has twenty years of experience in both technology and education,” said Mr. Meek. “Timothy has the background and leadership to continue the company’s growth and innovation, and he brings a strong focus on listening to the voice of the customer.”

As the former CEO of Scantron Corporation, Mr. Loomer aligned the organization to foster a systematic approach to product development, product management, and marketing. Mr. Loomer also led the company’s progression from delivering legacy-based products and services to becoming a leading provider of enterprise-wide software applications for the education industry.

Prior to his role as its CEO, Mr. Loomer held various executive positions at Scantron, including President of the Testing and Assessment Division and President of the Commercial Technologies Division. During his tenure at Scantron, Mr. Loomer created and executed strategies for the K-12, postsecondary, and commercial marketplaces.

Before joining Scantron, Mr. Loomer held various sales leadership positions at Automated Data Processing (ADP), a provider of transaction processing and information-based business solutions. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and his Master’s Degree from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, where he also earned a Global Management Certification.
