Campus Management office to close in preparation for Hurricane Irma

In preparation for Hurricane Irma on the east coast of South Florida, and for the safety of our staff, our physical office headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida will close at 12:00pm Eastern Time on Thursday September 7th and will remain closed until 8:00am Monday morning, September 11th.

Client Services resources will continue to be online and working during normal business hours, 8:00am – 8:00pm Eastern Time. We have all the necessary disaster recovery plans in place for our internal systems; however, the best means of incident and request submissions will be online through ServiceDesk, as there may be disruption to phone service during the storm.

Cloud customers should expect full business continuity, as our data centers are not located at our physical headquarters.
